This privacy declaration applies to the processing of personal data obtained by Stichting Bakasso of donors, gifters, volunteers, participants, subscribers to our newsletter and updates, and visitors of both our website and other platforms of Stichting Bakasso.

Stichting Bakasso takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. The personal data that you leave on our website will be treated with the utmost care at all times and will be secured in accordance with the ‘Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens’ (WBP) and the ‘Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming’ (AVG). Stichting Bakasso deals confidentially with all personal data provided by you. The provided personal data are exclusively meant for use by Stichting Bakasso.

With which goals does Stichting Bakasso process your data? 

 

– Handling your donations and/or gifts

– Sending the newsletter or updates

– Contact you by phone or any other means, if you had requested this

– Give accountability about donations and/or gifts (7-year term tax authorities) 

 

 

View, change or delete personal data

 

 

 You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. If you have questions or remarks about the processing of the provided personal data, or if you would like to view, change, delete or receive your personal data, you can always indicate this.
For this, you would require to attach a copy of your identification document with your message (make the identification picture, MRZ (machine readable zone), line of numbers at the bottom of the document, identification document number and social security number (BSN) illegible).

Retention period – How long do we store your data? 

Your personal data will, in accordance to the WBP and AVG, not be stored longer than is deemed necessary to achieve the goals for which the data have been collected. Stichting Bakasso is lawfully obliged to retain agreements of donations and other gifts for 7 years.

 

What rights you have over your data
